I tore up the treadmill yesterday and did a 28:52 5Km. That knocks one of the goals off the list. I am still confident that I can get below the 28:00 mark. It would be uncomfortably maybe, but I could do it.

I think I am getting better at this running thing.

I may even try to do 10 Km today.
