Day 11 - The Long Road

Day 11 Went Ok - Although I did sneak some cheese into the meals today.

Food:

2 Sweet and Salty Granola Bars
2 Fruit Source Bars
1 Yogurt
1 Tuna Wrap w/ Side of Celery
1 Coke Zero
1 Plate of Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce containing Marble Cheese and a Smokie
1 Glass of Crystal Light

Exercise:

22 Minutes on the tread mill - Approx. 2.8 Km
30 Minutes on the Elliptical

Today was weights again:

Incline Bench Press
Front Raises
Bicep Curls
Tricep Kick-Backs
Shoulder Press

Medicine Ball Core as per Normal
Sit-Ups
Torso Twists

I felt like I ate more today. Oh well. I definately need more sleep.

Almost the weekend.
