Yesterday was a wicked workout...
10 Minutes of the Elliptical Trainer - and I think it is officially broken

3 Sets of

Bicep Curls
Tricep Extensions
Workout Ball..

Weighted Leg Extensions
Push Ups with the Ball
Yesterday I ate:
2 Sweet & Salty Granola Bars

1 Apple
1 Orange
1 Can of Smart Choice Chicken Noodle Soup
Tuna Salad Wrap
7 Celery Sticks
2 Pepperoni Stick
8 Stoned Wheat Crackers
1 Can of Five Alive Passionate Peach Juice
1 Can of Coke Zero
I think that is everything.
Now onto Tuesday.....

Holy cow! Good work buddy...keep it up, but don't kill yourself in the process, we do like having you around as a friend.
Wow, do you realize how little you ate?
2 Sweet & Salty Granola Bars = 2 x 170 = 340 kcal
1 Fruit Source Bar = 130 kcal
1 Apple = 47 kcal
1 Orange = 37 kcal
1 Can of Smart Choice Chicken Noodle Soup = ~120 kcal (I think, I couldn't find this type)
Tuna Salad Wrap = ~400 kcal (depending on ingredients)
7 Celery Sticks = ~10 kcal
2 Pepperoni Stick = ~600 kcal (assuming 4g)
8 Stoned Wheat Crackers = ~200 kcal
1 Can of Five Alive Passionate Peach Juice = ~120 kcal
1 Can of Coke Zero = 1.5 kcal
TOTAL = 2000.5 kcal
As an active man in his mid-20's you should be consuming 3000 kcal/day (2600-2800 if you are low active). Way to go! Although, I'd limit the pepperoni sticks, I think they're super fatty too... :) Keep it up!
