Kick Backs
Chest Row
Bench Press
Shoulder Press

3 Sets of 10 of:
Medicine Ball Sit Ups
Medicine Ball Torso Twists

I ate Today:
1 Sweet and Salty Almond Bar
2 Fruit Source Bars
1 Yogurt
1 Tuna Wrap
7 Celery Sticks
1 Apple
6" Subway Club on Whole Wheat - Mustard instead of Mayo
1 Can Five Alive Passion Peach
1 Litre of Crystal Light
1 Can Coke Zero

A pretty good workout day.
