I posted the same thing on my blog...I think we answered almost exactly the same.
About the other parts of your blog. Funny, I started to diet around the same time as you (way back when), and now I am almost EXACTLY back where I started....weird/depressing. I think there's no question you'll be down 15-20 lbs by the time DMac arrives...I put the over under at 21 lbs.
Ben Folds Rockin' The Suburbs is great! Pick up his live album (Ben Folds Live) - it's reallly good too.
